David Subeliani
Eurasian Network of People who Use Drugs, Georgia

David Subeliani is a drug policy reform advocate and drug user activist from Georgia, where he was leading a local grassroots advocacy group White Noise Movement from 2016 till 2018. The group was intensively involved in campaigning for decriminalization of drug use and possession in small amounts.

David is active on international level too, campaigning for drug policy reforms elsewhere, especially in EECA region. In 2018 he joined the secretariat of Eurasian Network of People who Use Drugs, he represents the Network at Strategic Advisory Group to the United Nations on Drug Use and HIV.

David holds MA in Development Studies from ISS, NL (2002) and MA in Addiction Studies from Iliauni, GE (2017).
