Claudia Rivera Vivanco at 36 years old will be the youngest woman municipal president of the city of Puebla and the first municipal president from civil society.

She studied economics at Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP) and a Master's degree in Sustainable Regional Development at Colegio de Puebla.

Like many university women of her generation, considers that all forms of violence are outraged. From the activism she promoted that the federal Ministry of the Interior issued the gender alert for Puebla due to the growth of femicides in the entity.

She is conscious of the concerns of feminism to make the world a more equitable place for women and men. She occupied the Secretariat of Sexual Diversity of Morena in Puebla from where she promoted an agenda against discrimination and in favor of women's rights to decide on their own bodies.

During the electoral campaign she came with her proposal for the Inclusive City campaign.

Her interest in making Puebla a global city led her in the transition process to participate in international forums of the Inter-American Development Bank in the city of Washington and in the international meeting of mayors “Inclusive Cities” in Medellin, Colombia.

Convinced to change paradigms she includes in her cabinet, profiles with experience of government, academics and members of civil society.
