Adolescents and young people in the follow-up of the ICPD25 agenda and the Montevideo Consensus
Commitment description:1.Strengthen our organizational process, with a focus on the socialization of the ICPD agenda and the Montevideo Consensus. (4) Access for all adolescents and youth, especially girls, to comprehensive and age-responsive information, education and adolescent-friendly comprehensive, quality and timely services to be able to make free and informed decisions and choices about their sexuality and reproductive lives, to adequately protect themselves from unintended pregnancies, all forms of sexual and gender-based violence and harmful practices, sexually transmitted infections, including HIV/AIDS, to facilitate a safe transition into adulthood.
2.Promote the participation of adolescents and young people as protagonists in decision-making spaces.

Multi-ethnic, community-based organizations are committed to demanding that the human rights of women and young people are respected, protected and guaranteed, including no gender-based violence, and access to health, sexual and reproductive rights.
Commitment description:By 2021, Nicaraguan civil society organizations will advocate before state institutions and society in general to: Promote the empowerment and autonomy of women, girls, adolescents and young people in all their diversity, including respect for and protection of their personal integrity, ensuring non-discrimination and non-coercion, and providing information based on scientific evidence for decision-making on reproduction and sexuality. Urge society to implement strategies to prevent, protect... (5) (a) Zero sexual and gender-based violence and harmful practices, including zero child, early and forced marriage, as well as zero female genital mutilation; and (b) Elimination of all forms of discrimination against all women and girls, in order to realize all individuals’ full socio-economic potential.Mode of engagement:
Primary health care
Commitment description:Strengthen primary health care, so that 70 per cent of low-risk pregnancies are cared for through a primary health care model in the sexual and reproductive health sphere, and further diversify the health care staff involved in such care.
(3) Zero preventable maternal deaths and maternal morbidities, such as obstetric fistulas, by, inter alia, integrating a comprehensive package of sexual and reproductive health interventions, including access to safe abortion to the full extent of the law, measures for preventing and avoiding unsafe abortions, and for the provision of post-abortion care, into national UHC strategies, policies and programmes, and to protect and ensure all individuals’ right to bodily integrity, autonomy and reproductive rights, and to provide access to essential services in support of these rights.

Access of adolescents to integrated sexual health care
Commitment description:Ensure that adolescents have access to comprehensive sexual and reproductive health care, through the introduction of a basic package of specific services in 120 new Servicios Amigables [friendly services] units by 2021.

Training and raising awareness among civil servants on sexual and reproductive health in Mexican states;
Commitment description:Develop and implement a course to raise awareness of and provide training on the Modelo Nacional para la Prevención y Atención del Embarazo en Niñas y Adolescentes and on sexual and reproductive health in Mexican states, so that they, in turn, can train staff to inform and educate the target audience on their sexual and reproductive rights and, where appropriate, direct them to assistance, including in cases where their rights have been violated.

Early identification of sexual violence against children and adolescents
Commitment description:Expand actions for the early identification of sexual violence against children and adolescents and implement services to provide a timely and thorough response.

Commitment description:Strengthen investment in actions aimed at facilitating the entry of young people working in informal conditions into the labour market, safeguarding their rights and decent working conditions.

Commitment description:Promote actions that help to ensure that women have access to a life free of violence, establishing criteria, guidelines and clear targets so that the mechanisms for preventing and responding to gender-based violence can effectively contribute to reducing and eliminating femicidal violence by 2030 in coordination with the competent bodies of the three branches and three levels of government.
