Commitment description:Increase the proportion of women with access to antenatal care from 93 per cent to 100 per cent, focusing particularly on adolescent girls and young girls, while ensuring the availability of qualified staff by 2022; Increase the proportion of childbirths attended by qualified staff from 92 per cent to 100 per cent by 2022; Increase the coverage rate of health facilities providing BEmONC and CEmONC by 20 per cent by 2022;
