Reduce the number of underage pregnancies and child marriages
Commitment description:The activities of FIRD over the 2020–2024 period are structured around the following words: a) Vision A stable and autonomous population that focuses on the support of the FIRD as a useful partnership.b) Mission Support the population in improving living conditions through respecting rights and duties, restoring the local state’s authority, increasing family income and ensuring sound management of the resources of decentralized territorial entities.c) Values -Transparency-Honesty - Excellence -Courage and commitment to work -Impartiality and neutrality -Endurance and -Solidarity. d) Strategic objectives 1) Provide greater support to crop farmers and livestock farmers in order to increase family income to, in turn, cover basic needs; 2) Provide greater protection to communities affected by human rights violations; 3) Help reduce the unemployment rate through functional literacy in order to strengthen peacekeeping efforts in the area; 4) Help improve participatory and collaborative governance at the local level while facilitating the coordination of actions carried out by young people and women; 5) Help implement, manage and develop school, community dialogue and education infrastructure for children and young people. Regarding the situation of girls, we propose to: 1. Promote and raise awareness among communities of people’s fundamental rights and duties (specifically those of children, young people and women) 2. Monitor, analyse, report and speak up in cases of children's and women's rights violations 3. Assist and support victims of human rights violations and epidemics 4. Step up efforts to sustainably reintegrate children released from armed forces and groups into society, as well as girls at risk 5. Strengthen social protection for adolescent girls and young people at risk

Address gender-based violence and the harmful practices of child, early and forced marriages and female genital mutilation(5) (a) Zero sexual and gender-based violence and harmful practices, including zero child, early and forced marriage, as well as zero female genital mutilation; and (b) Elimination of all forms of discrimination against all women and girls, in order to realize all individuals’ full socio-economic potential.
