Commitment description:

-Strengthen, with our active participation, the space of the Comisión Multisectorial Permanente de Seguimiento del Consenso de Montevideo and ensure that organized civil society can participate in this space for consultation as a full member (with the right to speak and vote). -Strengthen the spaces for coordination between civil society organizations in order to develop more effective citizen monitoring of fulfilment of the Peruvian state's national and international commitments on sexual and reproductive rights, increasing the number of member organizations participating in the MVCDSR. -Continue to carry out political advocacy and citizen monitoring activities, as well as social awareness campaigns, that contribute to the effective guarantee of sexual and reproductive rights in our country, taking the commitments of the Montevideo Consensus and the Nairobi Summit as a reference.

(4) Access for all adolescents and youth, especially girls, to comprehensive and age-responsive information, education and adolescent-friendly comprehensive, quality and timely services to be able to make free and informed decisions and choices about their sexuality and reproductive lives, to adequately protect themselves from unintended pregnancies, all forms of sexual and  gender-based violence and harmful practices, sexually transmitted infections, including HIV/AIDS, to facilitate a safe transition into adulthood.
