Commitment description:

By 2022, ABUBEF commit to provide quality sexual and reproductive health information and services through 

  • Demand creation activities for reproductive health services at the community level (social mobilization campaign and Social and Behavior Change communication actions,)
  •  Community-based service provision (community-based distribution and community outreach) and enhanced health clusters.
  • Advocacy for an enabling environment for family planning

By 2022, ABUBEF aims to

  •  Empower at least 1,421,029 men, young women and teenagers to act freely and fulfill their sexual and reproductive health and rights .
  •  Provide integrated sexual and reproductive health services through 72 public and private facilities part of  enhanced health clusters, supported by anetwork of community health workers
  •  Initiate / update / monitor  development processes of  policies and guidelines for the delivery of reproductive health services (review, translation of existing guidelines into national language)
  •  Initiate a platform of at least 15 civil society organizations involved in reproductive health to follow up on the commitments made by the government after Nairobi Summit
