Commitment description:Burundi is committed to developing and implementing a national population policy through social mobilization strategies in order to benefit from the demographic dividend. These strategies include, among other actions: • Raising awareness among political and administrative leaders, parliamentarians, academics, the elite and opinion leaders; • Preparing and then launching a national multimedia communication campaign to promote the FP of new cultural norms concerning reproduction, and women's free and informed choice with regard to reproduction.
