Roselyne Pepela
Deputy National General Secretary Young Women Christian Association of Kenya

Roselyne Nelima Pepela is currently the Head of Programs and also serving as the Deputy National General Secretary at the Young Women Christian Association of Kenya. She is responsible for providing policy and strategic direction and coordinating all programs. Prior to joining YWCA, she was the country director for a youth empowerment program supported by USA Embassy. She has also worked as the Capacity Building Specialist in the Program for Agriculture and Livelihoods in Kenya and as a project Associate at Innovations for Poverty Action. Besides, she holds a position of Finance Committee Chair at Busia County Corporative Enterprise Fund. 

She has over 15 years of experience in Community Development and Project Management in sustainable development, having worked on community empowerment projects across Africa, and in multicultural and diverse organizations. She holds a degree in Linguistics and Media Studies from Moi University and an MA in Community Development and project management from Egerton University.
