Commitment description:Transformar progresivamente el actual sistema educativo nacional caracterizado por ser estandarizado, centralizado, poco flexible, inequitativo y fragmentado, hacia un sistema inclusivo, flexible, pertinente y responsivo que identifique, atienda y elimine las Barreras para el Aprendizaje y la Participación que se presentan dentro del sistema educativo y en el entorno, para favorecer el acceso, avance, permanencia, aprendizaje, participación y conclusión de niñas, niños, adolescentes y jóvenes en del territorio nacional, en su amplia diversidad, en igualdad de condiciones y oportunidades para 2024.
