Mary-Ann Etiebet
Lead and Executive Director MSD for Mothers

Dr. Mary-Ann Etiebet is the Lead and Executive Director at MSD for Mothers, with 20 years of experience improving healthcare outcomes for vulnerable populations and transforming healthcare delivery at the frontlines. As the Lead of MSD for Mothers, Dr Etiebet is responsible for successfully implementing high impact maternal health programs and partnerships that integrate the private sector’s invention and expertise  to empower women, equip health providers and strengthen health systems, experience drawn from working in the private, public, and not for profit sectors. Prior to joining MSD for Mothers, Dr. Etiebet worked as a principal consultant for Premier Inc, Population Health Management Team. She also worked as the Director of Ambulatory Care Strategies for New York City Health and Hospital. Her work in international health field include serving as the Senior Technical Advisor of the Institute of Human Virology-Nigeria, a PEPFAR implementing partner, while she was Assistant Professor, Division of infectious diseases at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She holds an MD and MBA from Yale University. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell and Fellowship in Infectious Diseases Hospital System at New-York Presybeterian Columbia University Medical Centre. She is also Board Certified in Infectious Diseases.
