Shelley Megquier
Senior Policy Analyst Population Reference Bureau

Shelley Megquier is a senior policy advisor in the International Programs department of Population Reference Bureau. In this role, she manages communication and advocacy activities in countries throughout sub-Saharan Africa, leads capacity-building efforts in close collaboration with in-country partners, and spearheads the production of PRB publications and multimedia products on a range of technical subjects. She joined PRB with a rich background in gender and development work, including experience leading advocacy campaigns. She has experience working in Kenya, Thailand, Peru, and Burkina Faso, as well as in the United States. Ms. Megquier holds a Master of Arts degree in Sustainable International Development from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University
