Gabriele Salmi
Luciano Giuseppe Salmi Alba Onlus and Inter Campus Congo Coordinator, ItalyPhilanthropist, actor, producer, marathon runner for passion, he is living in DRCongo since 2004, where he also managed the UNWFP fleet for the urgent delivery of humanitarian aid in the conflict zones of the republic.
He’s the coordinator of the Italian Ngo ALBA onlus, which aims to support schools built by it to ensure continuity in the studies of 8000 children of primary and secondary courses in the old Katanga province.
Since 2011 he is the manager of the social project Inter Campus.
Founder member of the foundation of the NBA player Bismack Biyombo.
Passionate about art he’s member of the board, donor and volunteer for the art association “PICHA”. with the artist Sammy Baloji, and organizer of Biennale of Lubumbashi, among others.
He strongly believes that art and sport are two key factors tor conflict prevention and more, for the entire development of the country.
